Puerto Rican Art Giclee Print – Frutas de Mi Pueblo

Inspired by the fruits and vegetables of la Plaza del Mercado en Yauco PR, “Las Frutas de mi Pueblo” is a vignette of the palette of tropical edibles produced by our island’s hard-working farmers. Muscled out by cheap, synthetic tasting imports, the island’s agriculture industry has steadily declined over the past few decades. However, the colors and aromata of sweet and earthy produce remain seared in my memory.
