If it once formed part of a pig, chances are you will find it as part of any of a dozen or so dishes aptly referred to as “cuchifritos”. The stomach, intestines, ears, and feet all fashion these exquisite porcine delights. Illuminated by neon lighting with loud salsa music blaring in the background, these iconic late-night “Cuchilandias” are beacons for late-night diners throughout New York City’s Latino neighborhoods.

The original Pastel Painting is 11” x 17” and was completed by Vivian Lipman Denis in 2021.
