Once we’ve agreed on size, price and colors,  we’ll provide free of charge, 1-4 thumbnail sketches of the proposed painting. This is where you decide what changes you want made on the art piece. You must choose only one thumbnail.

Upon acceptance of a chosen thumbnail sketch and said agreement is signed, the artist will be paid a non-refundable design fee of $300 for a complete 8” x 10” color sketch of the proposed painting.

The work will be in the style of the artist, but as there are variations in the creative process, the client accepts that the artwork will be unique and therefore subject to reasonable variation.

Within a specified period of time agreed upon by both parties from the date of receiving the signed agreement and fee, the artist will provide to the client a detailed color sketch of said artwork. If the client
wants to continue then the artist will be paid the first installment of 50% for the painting to begin. Cancellation of the first installment may be made within 48 hours of your purchase.

The Client can expect the artwork within a reasonable amount of time; the timeline is to be established once image is approved. The artist will send photos of work in progress. The artist will accommodate
reasonable change requests without charge. Upon completion, the artist will notify the client via email with a watermarked photograph for one final inspection before delivery. Shipping, and handling will be paid by the client. The form of delivery will be decided by the client. The final balance of 50%, plus applicable sales tax, shipping, and handling, is due prior to delivery of the artwork.

Please note once an image is selected, we will contact you with  our price list. As there is a lot of work involved in the process, prices will reflect the work involved.    We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Zelle.

All sales are final and we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
